Begin Your Grace Journey

If you have decided on the Grace program for you and checked out the requirements for admission, then you are ready to submit your application online. To do so, you need to become a member of our Community.

If you are a returning applicant, student, or alumni (from 2017 to present), you should already be a member of our Community and have a username and password. Your username would be the email address you used to begin your previous application. If you need help accessing the Community, please email admissions@gsot.edu.

Applicants to Grace School of Theology must be Christians, having trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior.
*Non-Christian applications may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For optimal use of the application portal use Google Chrome browser.

If you are a former applicant, student, or alumni prior to 2017, follow this link to become a member of the Community. If unsure, please email admissions@gsot.edu before signing up.

Things to Keep in Mind
  • Provide all information requested in the online application. You will see a checklist and be able to track your progress.
  • Request for your transcripts with ample time prior to the application deadline. Some schools may take a while to send your transcripts.
  • Inform your chosen references about your application so they can expect the notification that they will receive when you submit your request. Discuss your timeline with them so they can send their recommendations prior to the application deadline.
  • Once all application components (including transcripts and recommendations) are received, you can expect admissions committee results within 24-48 hours. (Our business days are Monday to Friday Central Time.)
