𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐑𝐚𝐞 is Vice President of Community Development here at Grace, and the Executive Director of the Grace Center for Spiritual Development. Mark holds a Master of Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry from Grace School of Theology. He has served churches as an associate pastor and as a lead pastor, and has served as COO of a major evangelistic ministry.
