Randy is the Director of Sports Ministry Institute at Grace Center for Spiritual Development (GCSD). He has served as a pastor on staff with Young Life and coached high school basketball while teaching in Houston and Austin, Texas. He has been been a certified trainer for Positive Coaching Alliance for over 12 years helping young athletes become better athletes and people. His passion is life transformation that aligns beautifully with making disciples of Jesus who will make disciples.
