#185: God’s Grace for our Grief (Part 3) | Biblical Worldview for our Grief

October 14, 2022

What the Bible Says About Grief

Everyone experiences loss and grief, but not everyone has a biblical worldview in which to filter their experience through the lens of God’s grace. Not everyone has Jesus as their Savior, who offers comfort and hope through the season of grief.  Having an eternal perspective on our loss is vital to our healing.  Today, we continue with our series, “God’s Grace for our Grief,” and our guest will walk us through biblical insights to help us look through God’s lens of grace.

Our guest is Kristen Peña, an Adjunct Professor at Grace School of Theology where she teaches General Psychology and Counseling, as well as Christian Counseling and Conflict Resolution.  Kristen is a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor working in a Christian Private Practice on the Space Coast of Florida. She is married to Dr. Juan Ariel Sanchez, Dean of International Programs at Grace School of Theology. Kristen and her husband are active in music ministry, Spanish ministry, youth and children’s ministries, and international missions.
