#188: Servant Leadership (Part 2)

November 4, 2022

How to Get from “Here” to Our God-Given “There”

We all have a path that takes us from our here (our current reality) to our there (our goal or destination.) We normally have many “there’s” in life for goals we are trying to achieve for our job, our family, our finances, our ministry, etc., but we need to have a transcendent “There.”

Our “Transcendent There” gives us a direction and purpose, to unite all of our goals into a common purpose, which gives meaning to our life.  God has a transcendent purpose for each of our lives and has equipped us with gifts and talents and strengths to not only fulfill our purpose but to influence others to do the same.

𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐊𝐮𝐧𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐭 is back to talk more about how to live a transformational life. He is a Servant Leadership Trainer, equipping people to influence the world through transformed character, effective leadership, and cultural engagement. In addition, he is the author of Servant Leadership, Influencing others to Get There by Leading a Transformational Life.

Moreover, David retired from a 23-year career in the United States Army as a Command Sergeant Major and earned his MBA from Columbia Southern University. He currently serves as the production manager for CrownQuest Operating and is the Director of The Crossroad.  David and his wife Beth live in Midland, Texas with their four children.
