If you are struggling living a “pure” sexual life in this world read this book. Practical steps are outlined. It’s biblically based but does not ignore the science of our brain chemistry. The daily habits outlined will re-train our brain. As the author states, God promises we can live a pure life. God’s word is either true or it’s not. If it’s true then we can. My favorite quote “the solution is simple, but not easy”
I enjoyed reading this book and also the bible plans on the bible app. It is well written with some great ideas on being sexually pure. Perfect for those men struggling with pornography and impure thoughts.

DR. ROGER FANKHAUSER
Author, Stormproof Men
Dr. Roger Fankhauser was born in Monroe, WA, and now resides in Burleson, TX. He and his wife, Debbie, have been married more than 40 years and have three children (five, counting daughters-in-law) and seven grandchildren. Roger and Debbie also served as foster parents for four children. He graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. After working as an engineer for 13 years, he attended Phoenix Seminary, where he received both a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree.
His research thesis, “Sexual Purity for Non-Sexually Addicted Christian Men,” confirmed both the need to help Christian men experience purity as well as the general scarcity of resources to help men. He has led workshops and group studies on sexual purity. This book grew from this work.
Roger presently serves as the Senior Pastor of Burleson (TX) Bible Church and is the President of the Free Grace Alliance. He enjoys international travel to help train church leaders. He loves to fish, read, and travel throughout the United States with his wife.
