First Steps to Sexual Purity

A free ebook based on the book, Stormproof Men by Dr. Roger Fankhauser, published by Grace Theology Press.

We live in a sex-saturated culture. Yet the believer in Jesus also lives under the authority of God and His Word. Culture says, “Explore and enjoy your sexuality.” The Bible says, “Flee sexual immorality.” Can a believer experience sexual purity when everything around him says to indulge and enjoy it? The Bible says yes! Get this free e-book based on the book Stormproof Men by Dr. Roger Fankhauser.

Author, Stormproof Men

Dr. Roger Fankhauser was born in Monroe, WA, and now resides in Burleson, TX. He and his wife, Debbie, have been married more than 40 years and have three children (five, counting daughters-in-law) and seven grandchildren. Roger and Debbie also served as foster parents for four children. He graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. After working as an engineer for 13 years, he attended Phoenix Seminary, where he received both a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree. His research thesis, “Sexual Purity for Non-Sexually Addicted Christian Men,” confirmed both the need to help Christian men experience purity as well as the general scarcity of resources to help men. He has led workshops and group studies on sexual purity. This book grew from this work.

Roger presently serves as the Senior Pastor of Burleson (TX) Bible Church and is the President of the Free Grace Alliance. He enjoys international travel to help train church leaders. He loves to fish, read, and travel throughout the United States with his wife.

Grace Center for Spiritual Development is continually making valuable resources to help develop spiritual leaders in the church and in the marketplace. Help us reach more people with the love of Christ, a love that cannot be earned and cannot be lost.
