About Institutional Effectiveness
The purpose of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness at Grace School of Theology is to support and implement the mission, vision, and goals through the purposeful, systematic collection of information. The analyzed data will be used to interpret, measure, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the seminary’s programs, policies, and practices.
Grace is fully committed to the need for and value of ongoing, continuous self-evaluation. Assessment activities, policies, and procedures include and are approved by the Board of Trustees.

Diana Henry
Director of Regulatory Compliance
Diana earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Sam Houston State University while working for the City of Conroe Parks and Recreation Department. After several years in the business world she felt called to full-time ministry. While working as Administrative Assistant at Faith Bible Church (FBC) in The Woodlands, Texas, Diana was exposed to the true meaning of God’s grace. She began attending FBC and was able to serve on mission trips to Houston, Romania, and Sweden. Through those experiences, she was led back to Sweden as the Administrative Assistant for Young Life Scandinavia. Since 2009, Diana has worked for Grace School of Theology in multiple roles. She is currently working on her master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership from Liberty University.
