Scott McEwen - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Scott McEwen

Chairman of the Board

Supporting Grace School of Theology from its vision-casting days when it was just an idea, Scott McEwen now serves as the school’s Chairman of the Board, as well as a Board Trustee for Grace Asia, the school’s operating unit in the Philippines, and for The Grace Foundation. Mr. McEwen also serves as an elder at Faith Bible Church, the church from which the school was launched.

He brings to the Board an extensive leadership background, having served as Executive Vice President and Joint Representative Director/CEO at Samsung Total Petrochemicals Co. in Seoul, South Korea; Vice President – Polypropylene – Americas for Total Petrochemicals; and President/General Manager for Fina Mitsui Technology in Brussels, Belgium.

Dave Anderson, PhD - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Dave Anderson

Dr. Dave Anderson is the Founder and President of Grace School of Theology. He and his wife, Betty, have pastored in the Houston area for thirty-plus years and have helped to plant eight churches. As a prolific writer & author, church planter, Bible and biblical language scholar and professor, disciple-maker, and ministry visionary, Dr. Anderson is a man of God whose message and ministry inspires, challenges, and changes lives.
Mark Albers - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Mark Albers

Mark Albers has a huge heart for developing spiritual leaders internationally, and his career has taken him all around the world. Mr. Albers retired as an upstream Senior Vice President of ExxonMobil Corporation in April 2018 after 38 years of service and 11 years on the Management Committee. He is affectionately known as “member #1” of the Christian Community at ExxonMobil which continues to be a vital source for discipleship and spiritual growth opportunities for ExxonMobil employees today. Mr. Albers serves as a Board of Trustee for both Grace School of Theology and The Grace Foundation.

Mr. Albers is active in discipling other Christian business executives as part of the CEO Forum. He also serves on the MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors (BOV). His leadership is known throughout the energy industry as a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the CEO Forum, Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Trustees of the US Council of International Business, serves on the Texas A&M Engineering Advisory Council and the Board of Directors of the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, Inc. (NACME).

Victor Cardenas - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Victor Cardenas

Victor Cárdenas, a native of Mexico City, moved to the United States and developed a God-called passion to help end Bible poverty, especially in the youth. Cárdenas served on the Board of Trustees of American Bible Society for 12 years. Currently, he serves as a board member of Clay Student Leadership and is co-founder of El Centro Woodlands, a church where he and his wife, Areli, serve as administrative pastors.

Mr. Cárdenas is the Founder & President of El Centro Network, a non-profit dedicated to promote digital Bible Engagement in Spanish. He is also the CEO of Pure Syncore, an ecological products and wellness company. Mr. Cárdenas and his wife have established several successful Kingdom business models that fund his non-profit work and God’s Kingdom. Cardenas owns, manages, and invests in companies from numerous industries, ranging from oil field development to industrial equipment sales and sustainable agriculture products.

Tim Dunn - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Tim Dunn

Tim Dunn has had a distinguished career in banking and the oil and gas industry and is Chief Executive Officer of Crownquest Operating – and a huge heart for Christian education. Mr. Dunn founded Midland Classical Academy, a non-profit K-12 learning institution. He has served as a board member since the school’s inception. Among his active leadership roles, Mr. Dunn is a board member of Grace School of Theology and Citizens for Self-Governance, chairman of the board of directors for Empower Texans, Texans for Fiscal Responsibility, and The King’s College in New York City, and vice chairman of the board of directors at the Texas Public Policy Foundation and First Liberty Institute.

Mr. Dunn’s personal leadership resources and ministry efforts, devotional writings, and biblical teachings can be found on Yellow Balloons (and in his book by the same name), The Crossroad, The Bible Says, and Athens to Jerusalem.

Caroline Fife - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Caroline Fife

Dr. Caroline Fife serves as the Medical Director of St. Luke’s Wound Clinic in The Woodlands, Texas. She is a certified wound specialist and subspecialty board certified in undersea and hyperbaric medicine. Her expertise has earned her positions as the Director of Clinical Research for a non-profit organization, US Wound Registry, and the Chief Medical Officer of a Texas-based software company, Intellicure.

Caroline received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from A&M University College of Medicine and has served for 23 years as faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She is co-editor of Today’s Wound Clinic, Wound Care Practice, and Women and Pressure: Diving and Flying.

Tracy Marshall - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Tracy Marshall

Tracy Marshall is the Founder and Executive Director of Transparency Texas, and is now Executive Director of Transparency USA. Mrs. Marshall received both her B.A. and her law degree from Duke University then practiced employment law in two firms. Mrs. Marshall and her husband helped found the Grammar School at Midland Classical Academy, where she served for many years in various roles, including as Chairman of the Executive Committee and Assistant to the Janitor.

Mrs. Marshall also is actively involved in launching the Women’s Institute at the Grace Center for Spiritual Development, an outreach of Grace School of Theology.

Dian Sustek - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Dian Sustek

Dian Sustek has been a faithful supporter of Grace since its inception, investing her time and talents as a highly valued volunteer for more than ten years. She is passionate about God’s Word and is a sought-after speaker at women’s events and Bible studies.

Ms. Sustek regularly hosts the Ladies of Grace Bible Study at Grace School of Theology through the Grace Center for Spiritual Development.

David Nichols - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

David Nichols

Dave Nichols has founded numerous mission organizations and served on their boards as a member and chairman. He has traveled the world leading mission teams and developing biblically-based partnerships with missionaries and national ministers.

In 1985, he and his brother started a national industrial construction company called NICCO. Over the past 31 years, he has developed NICCO into a company committed to a “business as ministry” model which gives him and his wife the privilege to partner with many ministries and individuals. Mr. Nichols was instrumental in the launch and growth of Grace School of Theology-Alabama.

Bob Tebow - Grace School of Theology in The Woodlands, TX

Bob Tebow

Bob Tebow is known for his passion for the gospel and grace. After a mission trip with other pastors to the Philippines, Mr. Tebow and his wife felt called to the Philippines as missionaries and formed the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association which today is well on its way to accomplishing a God-sized goal to preach the Gospel in all 46,606 public schools in the Philippines by the end of 2022 to reach 17 million students and teachers. The Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association has been serving in the Philippines since 1985 with five major priorities: Evangelism, Church Planting, Pastor Training, an Orphanage, and the Training of the Next Generation of Evangelists.

Mr. Tebow was instrumental in helping Grace School of Theology establish Grace Asia, our operational support group in The Philippines.
