Privacy Policy

At Grace’s option, Grace records the personally-identifiable and non-personally-identifiable information obtained via the SITE. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to anyone or any entity, and access to this information is explicitly restricted to employees of Grace who have a specific, job-related need for this same information. In addition, this SITE is protected to help prevent unauthorized access by all others. Further, Grace reserves the right at all times to disclose any material or information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or US federal order. Grace reserves the right to collect, use, and distribute demographic data about you, the USER, and your use of the SITE in forms that do not identify you individually or reveal your personal identity.

Information We Collect

Non-personally identifiable information:
As USERS access the website, Grace collects non-personally identifiable information such as IP address, browser type, and site usage. This information is not linked to any personal information and remains anonymous. To collect this information, Grace uses session “cookies” that is, small text files that are placed on your computer’s hard drive. The session cookies used by Grace do not give us access to your computer and do not provide us with personally identifiable information. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Certain areas of our website collect voluntary information that is personally identifiable, such as name, zip code, and e-mail address.
