Pastor Allen Mann leads GraceWorks Global, a ministry that mainly goes out into the world and brings the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Allen is a champion of the message of grace taught at Grace School of Theology. Their ministry provides pastors the tools that they need to minister this truth. Through the equipping they provide in GraceWorks Global, trained pastors can effectively minister to people in their surroundings because they are immersed in the community and culture.

Pastor Allen Mann leads GraceWorks Global, a ministry that mainly goes out into the world and brings the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Allen is a champion of the message of grace taught at Grace School of Theology. Their ministry provides pastors the tools that they need to minister this truth. Through the equipping they provide in GraceWorks Global, trained pastors can effectively minister to people in their surroundings because they are immersed in the community and culture.
Grace has some great opportunities for people not only here in the US but all over the world. I like that I can be somewhere around the world doing mission work and be able to go online and plug in my class.
With this vision in mind, Pastor Allen is excited for the opportunities that his Grace education will continue to provide for his personal growth and ministry as he recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He is furthering his equipping by taking up a double graduate degree in Master of Ministry and Master of Arts in Biblical Studies.
“I also like the fact that if it doesn’t work for me and my schedule to hop on at that time, it’s recorded so I can jump on anytime between that class and the class after, to be able to do it at my own time, my schedule that’s available for me to be able to do that.”
The training that GraceWorks Global provides to international pastors does not only cover deep theological learnings, they also teach theological basics. They’ve discovered through their continuous engagement with pastors around the world that some do not even have their own Bibles to teach from.
At Grace School of Theology, our global vision is to develop spiritual leaders in every nation who can teach others about the love of Christ. Pastor Allen’s ministry aligned with Grace’s vision and the institution’s mission to train and equip more pastors to go out and teach others too, creating a ripple effect that will resound in the future generations.
