The concept of grace is not just the theological word that determines what we believe, but it is also a word that has a moral impact on how we behave. The best model for that is Jesus Christ—Someone who is full of grace and truth (John 1:14).
That’s the overarching thought that ought to control our attitude in ministry—Jesus was able to balance truth with grace. As ministers who are called to convey truth, we need to learn and do the same thing.
Practicing grace in ministry brings forth an interesting discussion because truth, especially in today’s society, has become relative. Our individual truths are constantly clashing with one another.
In this webinar, Dr. Charlie Bing will discuss how grace moves into this sphere where conflicting truths collide and explore the role of God’s grace in empowering a Christian leader to shepherd God’s flock without compromising the sovereign truth, God’s Word.
Learn about practical ways of biblically dealing with current church issues like believers living a sinful lifestyle, ministering to troubled people, and other challenges that Christians face today, all the while finding sufficiency in God’s grace alone when fulfilling one’s roles and responsibilities.
Ministry is not limited to pastors and church leaders. God has called EVERY BELIEVER to be a SPIRITUAL LEADER and minister of the Gospel wherever God has called them to be. This webinar comes at a high time when believers face more complex challenges than ever that go against what they stand for. People need the light of God’s Word and a demonstration of God’s grace to help them overcome life’s issues victoriously.
Be equipped and encouraged that you can practice God’s grace in ministry effectively and be a constant voice of hope in the church and in the world today.
Living By Grace attempts to make the case for grace in every corner of our lives. It makes sense that since we were saved by grace, we should live by grace. Since God is grace, we should not only experience His grace but also live within it and give it to others.
Culture can be challenging to navigate and negotiate. People can be confounding with all of their uniqueness. Life can be confusing. But in all of its confrontations and considerations, grace is the cure to living in a lost and dying world, and in living with each other. The Grace of God has been granted from the garden of Eden to the garden of Gethsemane, and to all of us. It’s only natural then that we live by grace.
