Dave Anderson

Distinguished Professor of Systematic Theology and Biblical Languages
After graduation from Rice University in 1967 and Dallas Theological Seminary in 1972, Dr. Dave Anderson and his wife, Betty, began a ministry of planting churches in the Greater Houston area. They have helped establish ten new churches. He also founded two K-12 Christian schools in the area: Covenant Christian School and The Woodlands Christian Academy.
Dr. Anderson served as Senior Pastor of Faith Bible Church in The Woodlands, Texas, for 18 years but retired from pastoral ministry in May of 2009 to be the full-time President of Grace School of Theology.
He received his Ph.D. from Dallas Theological Seminary where he taught Greek Exegesis, Systematic Theology, and Bible Exposition. He is the author of nine books published by Grace Theology Press including Free Grace Soteriology, Maximum Joy, Triumph Through Trials, Position and Condition, Living by Grace, and Relationship and Fellowship. He and his wife have raised three children.
