“My Grace education impacted my life greatly as Grace helped me to be a better teacher, preacher, and student of the Word. I can now take what I learned about the Bible from school and apply it to my church. It’s made a great impact to the ministries that I am leading as I read and teach the Bible in a manner that is rooted to sound theology and doctrine.”
“As a Christian, you have to grow in your walk with God daily. Grace not only teaches us the Bible but [the professors] also disciple us. They teach in a way that will make us fall in love not only with the Bible but also with God Himself. We are trained to be obedient followers of God who are not only hearers of the Word but are also doers. My Grace education helped me to better extract what I learned from the Bible to the people I preach to. I can properly exegete from the Bible and teach people what the Bible says rather than what they just want to hear.”
Alongside his studies, Ephesien spearheads The Church Project Haiti Mission and works with seven churches in Haiti. Applying what he has learned from his classes and the Student Discipleship Groups, Ephesien faithfully disciples people and plants churches in Haiti. He envisions becoming a church planter, leader, and seminary teacher in his country one day.
Theological Education for Everyone
Although developing countries like Haiti experience challenging internet connections, Ephesien and other students in the Caribbean are given quality theological education opportunities through Grace’s accessible programs. He excelled in his education as Grace’s recorded classes were convenient for his situation.
Dr. Mark Haywood’s famous line “see it through” notably inspired him to press on and keep through his seminary degree especially when faced with the usual challenges of leading a family, studying, and serving in ministry.
Grace School of Theology creates opportunities for students to get quality theological education anywhere they may be in the world and achieve the degree that can assist them further in preaching and teaching people about the love of Christ, a love that cannot be earned and cannot be lost.
