New Braunfels Bible Church is looking for a new Senior Pastor to oversee and lead the preaching and teaching ministries and manage church staff to facilitate the spiritual health and spiritual growth of the body. The Senior Pastor functions in partnership with the elders and in cooperation with their oversight.

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:

1. Seminary training or systematic training within a local church.
2. Experience shepherding a church through the pastorate or active eldership.
3. Biblically sound/able to clearly articulate the gospel of grace
4. Meets the biblical criteria for eldership as described in: 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4
5. Affirms the NBBC Statement of Faith.
